SAM-Consult is a small Dutch company, founded in 1983. 
It originates from my hobbies, electronics and programming, and my study in Mechanical Engineering, Dredging. Combining this gives Consultancy, software development and instrumentation for dredging and offshore companies. 
In 1989 Education and Management were added to the Services of the company. 
Since 1983, SAM-Consult has carried out many assignments in Holland, the USA and Australia. Since 1999 the attention has shifted to China and South Vietnam, where educational projects are carried out.

In 2005 I bought a Windows Media Center and discovered the fun of developing applications for it. This has resulted in a number of applications you can find on www.mce-software.com, my MCE page.

Since 2002 SAM-Consult also uses a Content Management System named Fullxml. This CMS has been heavily modified to meet the requirements of SAM-Consult. But we like to share the latest version with you, it can be found on www.miedema.biz, where you can experiment with it and also download it (its open source software).
